師父,我的睡眠質素也很差。常常睡得不好,早上不願起床。 已盡量放鬆,但還是難以入睡,尤其是要上班的日子!
失眠很令人困擾 , 要學會放鬆和暫時的放下才是辦法 . 把思想集中到練習動作中 , 便能奏效 , 所以我喜歡練完功便睡覺 …. 好好瞓 !!
