今早有小雨，河輪會航使4小時到另外一個城鎮，早餐後在室內練習＜五禽戲＞

Drizzling rain …it’s a Wednesday German morning SS Victoria will sail 4 hours to bring us to another beautiful small town.

So I practiced indoors 五禽戲

下午上山觀景，估唔到係無蓋吊車小心臟無端端緊張了半小時，山頂風光唔錯，有山有水有教堂，還有無數富有特色的住家，當然亦為大家準備啤酒壓驚住家的對岸種滿葡萄樹，為紅酒原材料

晚餐繼續有驚喜，雞肝沙拉，芥末湯，鴨肉紅菜頭土豆

河輪停泊下美麗的Boppard山下，慢練三套掌晚安啦

What an afternoon excitement we experienced …a cable car ride turned out to be a ski chair lift up the mountain My little heart was nervous for half an hour through out the ride. The scenery at the top of the mountain was very pretty ; very scenic with old churches and countless distinctive German houses.. There were Rhine Wineries alongside the Rhine River

Dinner was delicious ; chicken liver pate , foie gras salad, mustard soup; duck with red cabbage and potatoes

Overnight stop in Boppard I practiced 3套拳 before sleep …Good night

德國的中午飯，應該是香港晚飯時間

歐洲的沙拉非常新鮮，蔬菜熟食鹹淡適中，維也納炸豬排沒有一點肥肉，但都好鬆軟，德國牛肉薯仔湯好夠火候第一次嚐味白米布丁，一級棒

Lunch in Germany should be dinner time in Hong Kong

European salads are very fresh and the cooked vegetables are moderately salty and light.

The Wiener Schnitzel 維也納豬扒is soft , deep fried thin lean pork . The German beef potato soup is yummy not too tasty. It’s the first time I tasted a delicious rice pudding. Good cooking , good lunch Impressive

9點30開始Koblenz市鎮行程，建築物擁有悠久歷史，造型獨特，亦有印象派藝術家作品，觀賞教堂和平鐘為早上行程終點

09:30am Morning Walk @ the town of Koblenz . Historical buildings everywhere . Architectural designs by impressionist artists. Short tour but interesting & enjoyable
