【啟德 GET SET GO 開幕盛況】
由 Kai Tak Sports Initiative 飛越啟德主辦的年度盛事「啟德 GET SET GO」於啟德體育園東營隆重揭幕!我很榮幸應邀與東華三院小學聯校武術隊在開幕式上同場演出,場面熱烈。
即使遇着下雨,主禮嘉賓與現場觀眾依然熱情如常。體驗班由阮政峰、以喬及浩林帶領,小朋友們在風雨中依然投入參與,玩得樂在其中。
這份 「不畏風雨」的精神,正是運動與傳承的力量所在——無論天氣如何,大家的熱情與堅持都閃耀全場。![]()

每一道菜都是心意的凝聚,既是美食部的精彩展現,也是同學學術研究部的精神延續。太極不止於拳架,更在於生活的和合與分享。

香港中華總商會文化委員會今日參觀啟德體育園及體藝館 UG5,深入了解體育與藝術融合的獨特魅力。此次蒞臨指導,不僅促進了文化藝術的交流,更為我們帶來了寶貴的經驗與啟發。各位委員皆為香港各界翹楚,在文化藝術保護方面深耕多年,貢獻卓著,使我們受益良多。這次交流進一步鞏固了傳承中華文化的使命,並促成了彼此間的深厚情誼。願我們攜手並肩,共同推廣太極養生與和諧精神,為社會帶來更多正能量,讓中華文化薪火相傳,生生不息。
The Cultural Committee of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce of Hong Kong visited the Kai Tak Sports Park and the Sports and Arts Centre UG5 today to gain a deeper understanding of the unique charm of the integration of sports and art. This visit and guidance not only promoted the exchange of culture and art, but also brought us valuable experience and inspiration. All the committee members are leaders from all walks of life in Hong Kong. They have been deeply involved in the protection of culture and art for many years and have made outstanding contributions, which has benefited us a lot. This exchange further consolidated the mission of inheriting Chinese culture and promoted the deep friendship between each other. I hope that we can work hand in hand to jointly promote Tai Chi health preservation and harmonious spirit, bring more positive energy to the society, and let Chinese culture be passed on from generation to generation









《愛回家》的大男孩阮政峰不僅熱愛演藝工作,對教授兒童武術亦充滿熱誠與心得。自我搬入啟德體育園後,他對這個嶄新的道場非常喜愛,並萌生開辦暑期武術班的想法。我十分支持這位有抱負的年輕人,因此也給予他第一個任務——協助排練《慶七一回歸》表演節目。希望他與一眾小朋友的演出能為觀眾呈現嶄新的面貌,並傳承中華文化的精神。
Ruan Zhengfeng, the big boy in “Come Home Love”, not only loves acting, but also has a passion and experience in teaching children martial arts. After moving into Kai Tak Sports Park, he loved this new dojo very much and came up with the idea of opening a summer martial arts class. I fully support this ambitious young man, so I gave him his first task – to help rehearse the “Celebrating July 1st Return” performance. I hope that his performance with a group of children can present a new look to the audience and pass on the spirit of Chinese culture.






拳術修煉,講求每一處細節的打磨,稍有疏忽,便會影響整體架勢。例如,有些同學未能做到自然伸展手指,導致勁力未能順暢傳遞;有些同學沉肩墜肘未能到位,影響整體鬆沉。這些看似微不足道的細節,正是提升功夫的關鍵所在。
唯有時刻關注自身中正,從頭頂至尾閭保持協調,才能在四肢動作中維持拳勢的穩定。拳架盤練的過程,便是逐步修正這些細微偏差,使身體逐漸適應並內化正確的勁道與動作。
修行之路雖長,但只要保持專注與耐心,每一分投入,都會在日後凝聚成扎實的功力。願每位同學都能在學拳的旅程中體悟拳術的精髓,穩步前行,最終達至身心合一的境界。共勉之!
The practice of boxing requires the polishing of every detail. Any slight negligence will affect the overall posture. For example, some students failed to stretch their fingers naturally, resulting in failure to transmit force smoothly; some students failed to lower their shoulders and elbows into the right position, affecting the overall relaxation and sinking. These seemingly insignificant details are the key to improving your kung fu.
Only by paying attention to your own center at all times and maintaining coordination from the top of the head to the coccyx can you maintain the stability of your fist while moving your limbs. The process of practicing boxing stance is to gradually correct these subtle deviations so that the body can gradually adapt to and internalize the correct strength and movements.
Although the path of cultivation is long, as long as you maintain focus and patience, every bit of investment will be condensed into solid skills in the future. I hope that every student can realize the essence of boxing in the journey of learning boxing, move forward steadily, and finally achieve the state of unity of body and mind. Let’s encourage each other!
